Can an enterprise temporarily suspend its operations for 02 consecutive years? What are the obligations of the enterprise during that period?

An enterprise has the right to suspend its business for a period determined by itself, so the enterprise may suspend its operations for 02 consecutive years.

During the business suspension, the enterprise shall fully pay any outstanding taxes, continue to pay debts, and complete the performance of contracts already signed with customers and employees, unless otherwise agreed to by the enterprise, creditors, customers and employees.
