Do the parties have the right to withdraw their claims after the case has been accepted by Court?

When a civil case has been accepted and during the opening of a Court trial, the involved parties are entitled to withdraw their claims. In particular, before conducting the first-instance or appellate hearing, the presiding Judge shall inquire whether the parties wish to withdraw their claims.

If the parties agree, their claims shall be withdrawn.
