questions and answers

Do the parties have the right to modify, supplement, or withdraw appeals? What is the scope of the modification or supplementation?

Before the expiration of the time limit for filing an appeal prescribed in the law, the appellant may modify or supplement their appeal without any restrictions regarding the scope of the initial appeal.

If the time limit for filing an appeal has expired, before the opening of the hearing or at the appeal hearing, the appellant may modify or supplement their appeal but it cannot exceed the scope of the initial appeal.

For the withdrawal of appeal, the parties may withdraw before or at the appellate trial.
