Do the parties have the right to request to set aside an arbitral award? If so, what is the time limit to file this request?

Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the arbitral award, should a party have enough evidence indicating that the arbitral tribunal has issued an award falling into one of the categories requiring it to be set aside, such party is entitled to request the competent Court to set aside the award.

In cases where an overdue request is filed due to force majeure, that period of time shall not be calculated into the time to request the award to be set aside.
