How is the purchaser of auctioned assets and recipients of judgement enforcement assets protected should the judgement or decision be protested, modified or cancelled?

Should the purchaser of assets through an auction make full payment but the judgement or decision is subsequently protested, amended or canceled, the Civil Judgement Enforcement Agency shall continue the asset handover, including coercive judgement enforcement, to a purchaser. However, this does not apply when asset auction results are cancelled pursuant to the law or the involved parties reach another agreement.
