How is the plan to restore business operations performed? Is an enterprise subjected to the supervision of an asset management officer or asset management and liquidation enterprise?

Once every 6 months, the enterprise shall report on the implementation of its plan to restore business operations to the asset management officer or asset management and liquidation enterprise. The asset management officer or asset management and liquidation enterprise shall report to the Judge and notify the creditors.

After the Judge issues the Decision on the recognition of the Resolution of the creditors’ meeting adopting the plan to restore business operations of an insolvent enterprise, the asset management officer, asset management enterprise and creditors shall supervise the business operations of such enterprise.
