What is a time limit for filing an appeal following the first-instance judgment?

The time limit for filing an appeal following the first-instance judgment is 15 days from the date of the pronouncement of judgment. For a party or the representative of an agency, organization or individual filing a case who was absent from the hearing or was absent at the time of the pronouncement of judgment for a justifiable reason, the time limit for filing an appeal shall be counted from the date the judgment was received or publicly displayed.

For a party or the representative of an agency, organization or individual filing a case who was present at the hearing but absent at the time of the pronouncement of judgment without a justifiable reason, the time limit for filing an appeal shall be counted from the date the judgment was pronounced.
