What is the time limit for the Court to decide to initiate bankruptcy procedure?

Within 30 days from the date the petition for bankruptcy procedure initiation is accepted, the Judge shall issue a decision as to whether or not to initiate the bankruptcy procedure, unless the case is settled under the simplified procedure pursuant to Article 105 of the 2014 Law on Bankruptcy.
