In which cases will the statute of limitations be recalculated?

The statute of limitations will be recalculated when:

    • The obligor has acknowledged part or all of its obligations to the plaintiff.
    • The obligor has acknowledged or fulfilled part of its obligations to the plaintiff.
    • The parties have reached an agreement.

The statute of limitations shall restart following the date that one of the aforementioned events occurs.
