Must an ad hoc arbitration award be registered with the Court?

An ad hoc arbitral award is not required to be registered with the Court.

However, at the request of one disputing party or both of the disputing parties, an ad hoc arbitral award may be registered at the Court where the arbitral tribunal issued the award prior to requesting the competent Civil enforcement agency to enforce that award. The registration or non-registration of the award shall not affect the content or validity of that award.
