What are the conditions for postponing the dispute settlement hearings?

If there is a justifiable reason, one party or all parties may request the tribunal to postpone the dispute settlement hearing.

Such request must be made in writing, clearly state the reason(s) and enclose the relevant evidence. It must be sent to the tribunal at least 7 working days before the hearing starts. If the tribunal receives no request within the time limit, the party requesting postponement shall bear all expenses, if any.
