What are the differences between measures to secure judgement enforcement and measures to coerce judgement enforcement?

Measures to secure judgement enforcement are to prevent the dispersal of assets, the destruction of assets, or the avoidance of judgement enforcement. Measures to secure judgement enforcement are applied when requested in writing or the civil enforcement agency decides to apply them sua sponte.

Coercive judgement enforcement measures are those specified in the law to deprive the ownership of the asset from the judgement debtor and to use the value of the asset or assets for judgement enforcement.  It is also utilized to force the judgement debtor to perform specific actions pursuant to the judgement or decision. Measures to coerce judgement enforcement are applied after the time limit for voluntary enforcement of the judgement ends but the judgement debtor has not voluntarily complied with the judgement without a request from the involved parties.
