What are the investment conditions applicable to foreign investors when investing in the establishment of economic organizations?

Every investor establishing an economic organization shall conform to the following regulations:

    • A domestic investor shall establish a business organization in accordance with the legal regulations on enterprises and the laws that correspond to each type of economic organization;
    • A foreign investor establishing an economic organization shall satisfy the market access conditions for foreign investors specified in Article 9 of the 2020 Law on Investment;
    • Before establishing an economic organization, the foreign investor must have an investment project and follow the procedures for the granting or adjustment of an investment registration certificate, except in the case of establishing a small or medium-sized start-up enterprise or a startup investment fund in accordance with the legal regulations in support of small and medium-sized enterprises.
