There are 04 types of enterprises and 05 types of investments, in particular:

(i) 04 types of enterprises:

• • Limited Liability Company, which includes a Multiple-member Limited Liability Company and a Single-member Limited Liability Company;
  • Joint Stock Company;
  • Partnership; and
  • Sole Proprietorship.

(ii) 05 types of investments:

• • Investment in the establishment of an economic organization;
  • Investment in the form of capital contribution or purchase of shares or stakes;
  • Implementation of an investment project;
  • Investment in the form of a business cooperation contract;
  • New forms of investment and business organizations prescribed by Government regulations.
