In which cases shall an exemption or reduction in the judgement enforcement fees be applied?
(i) The judgement creditor shall be exempt from paying the enforcement fee if they:

- Are eligible for war veteran benefits;
- Has been confirmed by the People’s Committee of the commune where they reside that they are living alone, is disabled or chronically sick and is verified by the health facility of the district or a superior health facility;
- After the civil judgement enforcement agency issues a decision that there are insufficient conditions to enforce the judgement and the judgement creditor verifies this.
(ii) The judgement creditor shall have the enforcement fee reduced in the following cases:

- Up to an 80% reduction if the judgement creditor is facing financial difficulties and such difficulties are confirmed by the People’s Committee of the commune where the judgement creditor resides or by their employer;
- A 30% reduction of the enforcement fee proportional to the money actually obtained from liquidation of the judgement debtor’s property which is verified by the judgement creditor. This reduction applies only if the civil enforcement agency is able to liquidate the property to execute the judgement without having to take forcible measures, unless the property is specified in the judgement, decision of the Court or the Arbitration award;
- A 20% reduction of the enforcement fee in the case specified in Item (ii).b if forcible measures must be taken, unless the property is specified in the judgement or decision of the Commercial Court or the Commercial Arbitration award.
