In which cases can the Civil Judgement Enforcement Agency decide to apply coercive exploitation of assets for judgement enforcement?
Coercive exploitation of assets of the judgement debtor is applied in the following cases:
(i) The value of assets of the judgement debtor is much larger than the judgement enforcement obligation and these assets are able to be exploited for judgement enforcement;
(ii) The judgement creditor agrees with the coercive exploitation of assets for judgement enforcement and if the exploitation of assets does not affect the rights or interests of third parties.
