Under which circumstances will the Court change the asset management officer or asset management and liquidation enterprise?

The asset management officer or asset management and liquidation enterprise may be changed by the Judge in the following cases:

    • Breaches of requirements under the 2014 Law on Bankruptcy;
    • There are grounds to believe that the asset management officer or asset management and liquidation enterprise is not impartial while performing tasks;
    • A force majeure circumstance renders the asset management officer or asset management and liquidation enterprise unable to perform tasks.
