In which cases will the civil judgement enforcement authority proactively issue a judgement enforcement decision?

The civil judgement enforcement agency must proactively issue the judgement enforcement decision in the following cases:

    • Fines and arrears of illicitly earned money and assets; court fees and expenses;
    • Refund of money and assets to involved parties;
    • Confiscation of state funds and assets or to confiscate and destroy material evidence and assets; and other amounts that must be collected into the state budget;
    • Withdrawal of land use rights and other assets subject to state funding;
    • Decisions on the application of interim emergency measures;
    • Decisions on bankruptcy settlement by the courts.
