What are the recognized titles of enterprise managers?

Enterprise managers are managers of companies and managers of sole proprietorships, and include:

    • Owners of a sole proprietorship;
    • General Partners of partnerships;
    • The Chairperson of the Member’s Council, members of the Member’s Council, President of the company;
    • Chairpersons of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Directors;
    • Directors or General Directors; and
    • Persons holding other managerial positions who are competent to enter into company’s transactions on its behalf in accordance with the company charter.
