What can a meeting of creditors authorize?

A meeting of creditors may authorize the following:

    • A proposal to terminate the handling of the request for bankruptcy procedure initiation (regarding cases prescribed in Article 86.1 of the 2014 Law on Bankruptcy);
    • A proposal to allow the enterprise to restore its business operations;
    • A proposal to declare the enterprise bankrupt.
