In which period of time can coercive judgement enforcement measures be carried out?

The law does not stipulate the period of time when coercive judgement enforcement measures may be carried out, but instead stipulates the period of time when such measures cannot be carried out, specifically:

    • Coercive judgement enforcement measures cannot be carried out in the period of time between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM of the following day, on days-off, and holidays as provided by the law and in other special cases specified by the Government.
    • Coercive judgement enforcement measures requiring the mobilization forces cannot be carried out 15 days prior to and after Lunar New Year’s Eve. They may also not occur during traditional days for beneficiaries of incentive policies who are judgement debtors; and in other cases that threaten social and political order or local traditions.
