Which disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of arbitration institutions?

An arbitration institution has jurisdiction to settle the following disputes:

    • Disputes among parties which arise from commercial activities;
    • Disputes among parties involving at least one party who conducts commercial activities; and
    • Other disputes among parties which are provided by law to be settled by arbitration.
