Which emergency interim measures may the Arbitral Tribunal apply?

The arbitral tribunal shall have the right to apply the following measures:

    • Prohibiting any change in the status of the disputed assets;
    • Prohibiting or compelling any disputing party from committing one or more specific actions in order to prevent actions that adversely affect the process of the arbitral proceedings;
    • Distraining disputed assets;
    • Requesting the preservation, storage, sale, or disposal of any asset of one disputing party or all disputing parties;
    • Temporarily requesting payment between the parties;
    • Prohibiting the transfer of rights to the disputed assets.
