Who is entitled to file a lawsuit against the enterprise managers should they breach their obligations?

The initiation of a lawsuit against enterprise managers is prescribed in the 2020 Law on Enterprises only for Multiple member Limited Liability Companies and Joint Stock Companies, as follows:

    • As for Multiple-member Limited Liability Companies, the members of the company has the right to file lawsuits against managers.
    • As for Joint Stock Companies, a shareholder or a group of shareholders owning at least 1% of the ordinary shares have the right to file lawsuits against enterprise managers.
