Assisting the Firm in all areas of practice, Mr. Meek provides a crucial link between the foreign business community and the complexities of the legal landscape in Vietnam. His current areas of knowledge include procurement contracts, cross-border lending, charter capital & investment, data protection, commercial disputes, labor issues, and several others. During his years with Le & Tran, Mr. Meek has also played an active role in the expat legal community, and has given presentations on various topics such as labor matters. He was also chosen as one of the representatives of the foreign business community to attend MOLISA (labor) hearings in Hanoi.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Meek practiced law in California for over a decade for established legal defense firms in Los Angeles and was primarily engaged in Construction and Insurance-related litigation. His wide ranging capabilities include trials, arbitration and mediations as well as motion practice and pretrial discovery. Mr. Meek has worked as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation, employment litigation, business litigation including insurance and construction matters, as well as other general liability litigation matters.

Earning his JD at the University of North Dakota in 1997, Mr. Meek also has a background in the sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his hours away from Le & Tran, he lectures at the University level in Vietnam in numerous subject matters including Business Law, Sociology, and Government.
