Over the years, she has worked with many foreign investors and multinational companies, assisting them to establish, structure, and expand their operations in Vietnam.
Her expertise spans critical areas for foreign investment, including management consultancy, distribution, employment, leasing, real estate, Q&C, and renewable energy. Recently, she has broadened her practice to include labor law, bankruptcy, and individual family matters, enhancing her ability to support clients in various legal issues.

- Assisting numerous multinational companies from the US, UK, Singapore, UAE, EU, and other regions in expanding their operations into Vietnam by providing comprehensive legal support for market entry, including business setup, regulatory compliance, licensing, and strategic guidance on navigating the country’s regulatory environment to ensure successful establishment and operations.

- Facilitating the licensing process for foreign-invested enterprises and securing critical approvals and documentation such as Investment Policy Approval (IPA), Investment Registration Certificates (IRC), Enterprise Registration Certificates (ERC), and various sub-licenses required for conditional businesses.
- Advising foreign manufacturers on expanding their operations into Vietnam by providing legal guidance on regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, preparing investment proposals, conducting preliminary environmental impact assessments, and supporting the acquisition of facilities.
- Assisting foreign investors in conducting land title searches and performing comprehensive land due diligence for target locations in Vietnam as well as ensuring clients have a clear understanding of legal risks and compliance requirements associated with their investment.
- Providing ongoing support to companies in managing their corporate compliance and secretarial duties and ensuring that businesses adhere to local regulations and maintain proper documentation for smooth operational continuity.

- Providing legal assistance to expatriates in navigating Vietnam’s immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, temporary residence cards, and compliance with local immigration laws to ensure smooth relocation and employment.
